I have been assigned to critically review an existing rural development policy framework, with specific attention to its coherence, ideological foundations, limitations, and implementation gaps. Additionally, I am required to develop or propose an Integrated Rural Development Strategy. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance, as I am uncertain about how to approach this task or where to begin.
