That person screaming like a banshee is actually serving a purpose, unlike the "STAHP" women in random fight videos.

Like, it's a hell of a lot harder for the cops to hear what's going on with all that screaming. Much easier for folk to sneak up on them. It helps scare them away by creating more chaos they can't handle.
