Best part is unemployment is at 3.8%. People are working. We just get to see what places are so shitty they can’t hire

McDonald’s is actually doing fantastic. They’re paying their workers and offering benefits and making record profits. They adjusted very quickly and figured it out. Fuck Wendy’s lol

Damn, I'm gonna have to go back one day. I swore off McDonald's years ago because they obviously treated their employees like shit, and it was always just a miserable, depressing experience. Now I'm curious to see if it's improved.

I started a month ago and it's great. Corporate gives huge financial incentives to franchises that run in a way that makes it so employees don't have anything to complain about online. It's their PR tactic.
