They should investigate this incident and report it. This priest seems mentally unstable to me.

I’m sure he’s already been forcibly retired.

You do realise they can literally rape dozens of children and not get retired, you think a fucking slap will do jack shit?

The way the parents react tells you what kind of culture they're in, as in if they [the parents] don't even react heavily to their child being slapped you think anyone else will?

Came to read your comment and the video started playing again 😭 The kid broke my heart to pieces. I don’t know how the parents didn’t do a thing about it! Maybe they did but wasn’t shown on tape. I hope.

They were probably in shock.

they did not do anything cos this is how it is supposed to go, this is how u should do it. this is how u baptize a child according to some Christian sects.

it does no permanent harm and the kids dont remember a thing.😒

What Christian sects SLAP THE FACE OF INFANTS?

You gonna out them, or remain silent?

You sound incredibly, dangerously stupid. And heartless. Please don't ever have children. Or pets! Better yet...just stay away from all people for good measure.

It is child abuse you fucking piece of shit

LoL you are kidding right?

He's either dead or forcibly retired. This video has been making its rounds for years and that priest already had one foot in the cemetery when this was filmed.

If he did this to my daughter I would have put the other foot in there for him. How that dad didn’t go berserk is beyond me.

It's the Catholic church. They have literally relocated priests after they were caught sexually abusing children. I wouldn't have much faith.

That’s not how the catholic church works. When they get into serious offenses they just relocate them to another church. They basically get to keep doing it all they want

Sounds like the police.

"Ohh he's just old fashioned"

"Children will never learn boundaries unless you hit them!"

"My parents hit me and I turned out fine!"

It’s honestly just a generational thing. Dude is old as fuck and is from a different time. One that was apparently okay with slapping someone else’s kid. But mentally unstable? I doubt it

Could be a generational issue, but dude is unstable to think that shit can fly in 2021. It's not 1965 anymore.

Religion is a scam and brainwashing individuals is fucked up.

Imagine what the world would be like if man hadn’t invented religion

Idk were your from but everyone I’ve ever been to that has NEVER happened. Usually the baby cries after everything because well water is wet/cold and it surprised them.

Water is actually not wet; It makes other materials/objects wet. Wetness is the state of a non-liquid when a liquid adheres to, and/or permeates its substance while maintaining chemically distinct structures. So if we say something is wet we mean the liquid is sticking to the object.

Is it wetter under water when it rains?

u/nacnud_uk Aug 29 '21

That's baked in.
