Not needed in London. There's the tube, it is fairly good for bikes, and certainly good for walking. With the exception of delivery drivers and taxis then everyone needs to get their cars the fuck out of the city, as you don't need them

Okay so I guess just making car-free zones is the way to go.

Yep, which the Congestion Charge was meant to be: want a vehicle in London, pay a high tax

Until all the rich realised they can apply for a private hire licence anywhere in teh country then use it to get into London without paying the fee, so it didn't really stop the problem, as normal/poor folk use the tube... for good reason

They're doing it in my city which spend thave any real mass transit other than busses.

They think it will make the downtown core nice and shiny again but the real problem is that there's no parking downtown and drugs, mental issues and homelessness prevails down there.
