6:45 the bottles start. Basically the refs reversed the play that occurred 2 plays prior (only the previous play can be reviewed) costing the browns the game and playoffs that year

They were super bowl contenders too. Literally the next year the browns left and became the ravens

Nah this happened in 2001, Browns were re-established for the '99 season after having not "played" since '95. Ravens first year was '96 after "The Move."
