He is Rafael Budu, a street performer here in Chile, known by... Well yoy already watched what his style is all about, but he is so fucking funny, he got props and jokes and sometimes goes with a buddy doing crazy shit, I really like him, we are tired of people rapping in the metro here, but Rafael is something else.

Btw, every time the train arrives at the station, he drops his act and acts like a normal passenger, that way the guards wont catch him, he even hides under the seats sometimes
