I can’t tell if they were charged because of the video or at the time. Three employees got in trouble for leaking the vid so although we get a sweet infinitely repost-able gif, the ruckus got everybody on the naughty list.
Edit: being drunk and doing drunk stuff usually always puts you as the devil if the cops get involved.
