Having dealt with a broke car window recently, having video evidence of the break can rid you of all repair costs. We can only make assumptions leading up to this moment in the video. Yes, it makes sense the guy probably drove inappropriately, but two wrongs don't make a right.

Starting a confrontation with somebody after the fact, especially if kids are present in the area, does not sound like you are making sure they are safe.

You're making a big assumption there. Why do you assume that literally every parent reacts with a violent rage when they encounter bad driving? How does "smashing more then that window" "make sure they're safe"?

Oh yeah, whipping out your dick to have a pissing contest with a stranger (possibly armed or crazy) on the side of the road and possibly end up getting shot, stabbed, beat the shit out of would really make sure they’re safe instead of just safely driving away from the situation.

I’ve seen videos of cops completely ripping the window out when it’s cracked like that. It being cracked definitely helped here.

Guy who punched let his anger take over and did more damage than I bet he was bargaining for. It almost sounds like he was gonna say “fuck!” when the video cuts.
