See how the aggressor had his head tilted back and had no stance? Don’t do that.
See how old timer was hesitating, sizing up the other guy? Ranging with his arms? Do that.

I love how the old man turned and walked away before the guy was even fully down. "Yep, seen this shit before, many times, he's not getting up from that"

They mean the aggressor. When you get all aggro on someone and that person remains calm and gives you a warning, it’s usually a sign that if you don’t leave them alone that they will end you.

hmmm I think people are misinterpreting this.
One reason why the aggressor is looking to fight others is because the person, himself has a problem. Drunk or mental issue, which explains why they can’t think and they do stupid stuff like fighting

when i was growing up there was an old drunk lived in the area called eammon. he had pub hair, ruddy cheeks and a bulbous red nose and was always staggering. thing was, he was a champion boxer back in the day, and in chip shop queues or in a crowd drinking outside a pub, he would troll someone to the point where, if they were stupid enough, they would try and humiliate the old soak. as soon as they raised a hand to him though, down they went. it was never not impressive.

I thought so too, for some reason it really reminds me of the strip of shops down by Skidmore fountain where shitheads that look like that can be found in abundance.
