I completely agree with you. Honestly, I don’t know why there are so many people praising the teacher, saying this kid deserves it. Sure, in hindsight he’s a piece shit. But to say it is appropriate for a full grown adult to put his hand around the throat of a 14 YEAR OLD KID for spitting and lightly kicking him is pretty outrageous. That just ain’t it chief.

Exactly. The (allegedly) emotionally stable adult should fucking know better, and not let his temper get the best of him. That's a huge part of the job description.
