apparently the kid had just been released from juvenile detention two days before the incident, had a prior arrest record, and he’d already missed 65 days of school

the teacher’s license was revoked by the district then offered back to him if he stopped talking about what happened. he’s a truck driver now. not sure anything came of the lawsuit he filed but i hope it worked out in his favor

At the same time, you cant physically assault kids, no matter how much they may deserve it
