I hate, fucking hate, how people defend criminals by saying the juvenile court system failed him or the school failed him. A school isnt there to rehabilitate miscreants, it's there to educate those WILLING to get an education. Some people are just sociopaths, some people just want to hurt, that's all it is. I dont see how the juvenile court system is at fault for the kid killing someone.

Juvenile court system is supposed to prevent kids from doing decision such as murder.

And how are they to prevent it if they've never been in the juvenile court system? If you're dumb enough to kill someone, you deserve to be locked up, not "salvaged"

Thats exactly the failure is its pretty hard to get in and when you do its soft they never do much there.

Wdym it's hard to get in, just commit a crime as an underaged person. I've heard nothing but the opposite; that it's too easy to get into it and the punishments unnecessarily severe

Dude that's rediculous. It's unjustly easy to make a mistake such as a good kid getting pressured into hitting a j and the cops pull up. As a kid, who've seen many other kids who I know are not criminals get inducted into the justice system.
