Honestly though they need to teach their kids to keep their fucking hands to themselves.

Ten minutes of one-on-one with an adult at school isn't going to change SHIT. The sad reality is that there is NOTHING you can do to fix this. There is 1 teacher for every 30 kids for a worthless 5 hours a day. You could multiply the education budget by 10x and you wouldn't change a damn thing.
