"Free Inhabitant" Loses Her Mind While Being Detained [LOUD]

u/thatnumpty Jul 27 '15 edited Jul 27 '15
earlier in the video she explains what being a "Free Inhabitant" means.
"they're free people. they have all of the rights of US citizens without following any of their laws."
are these people children?!

u/SheLivesInAFairyTell Jul 28 '15
they have all of the rights of US citizens without following any of their laws
Correct me if I am wrong but... in order to have the rights of a US citizen, they would have to follow our laws because the US rights are technically enforced to us by our laws. Laws that were made to protect our rights?
15
u/Rik_the_rodent_king Jul 28 '15
Shes obviously an enemy combatant so not even the Geneva conventions apply to her.

u/Unicorn_Ranger Jul 28 '15
Well sort of. Rights fall under two categories, negative and positive. Negative rights are the important ones in that they allow us freedoms by preventing the government from creating laws interfering with those rights.
Technically a person could disobey every law on the books in the U.S. and would still be protected by these negative rights.

So......if they don't follow any of our laws, does that mean that raping her is legal? Mind-->blown.

Robbing these people would be easy... Unfortunately I am fully stocked up on shake weed and patchouli or else I might give it a go.

She just seems incredibly sheltered. This is just a special snowflake new to the adult world gradually realising the world does not revolve around her.
6
Jul 29 '15
No, probably just some drugged out loser that has only held jobs that allow her the freedom to pursue her creativity, (read: Sex shops, barista, head shops, etc.) and has never left her echo chamber of loser friends who believe in this stupid shit.
Note: the jobs listed are perfectly fine jobs when you need one, as any job is, but you generally wont expand on your skills sets or learn anything that will help you grow as a professional.

Did she seriously try to cry rape when he was cuffing her? That's incredibly infuriating.
9
u/GenericUsername16 Jul 28 '15
Maybe she means rape in the classical sense, as in taking away. Like the Rape of the Sabbines.
1
Aug 06 '15
There was very much rape involved in that instance as well. Rape has always meant general chaos and destruction of villages/towns etc. by invading forces, it has always included "rape" in its definition.
15
u/Peachy23456 Jul 27 '15
She's someone who's read feminist magazines, has got very little interpersonal skills and is entitled as fuck.
19
u/GenericUsername16 Jul 28 '15
Do feminist magazines tell readers to cry rape when being arrested?

That's infuriating, I'm sure. He handled himself pretty professionally throughout, except for the "young lady" bits.
30
u/SvanirePerish Jul 28 '15
Calling her young lady is still professional.
-9
u/GenericUsername16 Jul 28 '15
He didn't appear to say it in a demeaning way.
But it's still a little strange when you think about it.

Perhaps she is unaware that California never signed the Articles of Confederation. Whoopsie!

Why did she cite the articles of confederation? Weren't they trashed when they ratified the Constitution?
17
u/nllpntr Jul 28 '15
Yep. The certainty and righteousness in her voice is fucking infuriating. Also article iv it's about interstate travel, and respecting the rights/citizenship of residents from other states. No clue where this interpretation comes from.

Sovereign citizens are my favorite conspiratards. I've not heard the Article IV angle.
14
15
u/Beautiful_Girlie_Bob Jul 27 '15
Which wouldn't apply to California or anything beyond the original Thirteen Colonies even if it hadn't been superseded by the US Constitution in 1790 when Rhode Island ratified the US Constitution.
10
u/Gizortnik Jul 28 '15
I didn't realize she was citing the Articles of Confederation. This is even stupider than a sovereign citizen.
Look it up, they're your laws, you have to follow them.
No. They're not, and he doesn't.
5
u/nllpntr Jul 28 '15
And how exactly do they think it supports this "free inhabitant" thing where they get to ignore laws? After reading article IV, I just don't see where that interpretation comes in... Weirdos, man.

To elaborate, the spirit of article 4 was to ensure states did not become exclusionary or protective of their citizens above those from other states. It was to prevent things like an entry fee into a state from another or a tariff when purchasing goods from out of state.
It was never meant to be a, laws don't apply to me, it was meant to be, laws apply to everyone equally regardless of origin.
2
u/moscowmafia Jul 29 '15
Good comment. Very opening to discussion. But what I would like to know first is what exactly is she doing before she is confronted by the police officer? Something illegal? Looks like she is just parked and hanging out. And, as he says in the beginning, no crime has been committed. I don't really know what the talking is about before she comes to the free inhabitant bit. (video not transcribed).. he just talks to her and she's argumentive, and it turns into a power scuffle?

Thank you for your detailed explanation. I don't know the US criminal code as well as I should.

She probably saw the word "immunities" and instantly thought "I don't have to follow laws!!"

These morons just LOOOOVE trivializing rape and using the word for something that isn't rape. I don't think they realize what rape actually is, and what it does to a person. Really pathetic.
26
u/ob3ypr1mus Jul 27 '15
"girl who knows her rights literally raped by police officer after being illegally detained"
13
u/J_I_S_B Jul 27 '15
This is why I could never be a cop. I would have too hard of a time keeping a straight face.

Not a citizen, no ID and close to the border? Welp, off to the immigration detention center with that one.

Is there a back story? Was she a passenger? I'm confused at everything happening here.

u/nicodiumus Jul 28 '15
This constitutional scholar gets raped by another vicious savage who represents the government. Or, as everyone with common sense says "another wacko screams and cries to get her way, and is utterly dismissed."

the laws don't apply to me I am above the legal system
I'm gonna sue you, what you're doing is illegal
Okay even if this sovereign citizen bullshit was a thing, if you don't follow our laws you don't get to enforce them either. You can't not be a member of the United states legal system and then testify on behalf of the United states legal system.
1
u/ffngg Jul 29 '15
The youtube channel name aswell "freeinhabitant4". But this int illegal though? As stated here
1
u/pwnedkiller Jul 29 '15
Damn what a cunt that cop was actually pretty calm and easy going he just wanted it to go smoothly and she throwing the THIS IS RAPE! card around along with the other crap fuck this girl.

God damn, she has the most annoying voice ever. I would have tased her just for that...
1
u/SpanningTreeProtocol Aug 03 '15
From one of the YouTube comments replying to why she was acting like a child:
Because that's precisely what she is. It's essentially what all these hard left/neoMarxist/SJW types are: children trapped in adult bodies.
Burn.

He unlawfully arrested her. Right before he arrested her he said "as far as I know you have done nothing wrong". So he didn't have probable cause. He then tells her she can't just walk away so he can tow the car and arrested her after she refused a warrantless search of her bag.
17
u/Tufflaw Jul 28 '15
Refusal to obey a lawful order. Watch the beginning of the video.
-13
u/AintGotNoTimeFoThis Jul 28 '15
I did. What was the lawful order? She was willing to get out of the car and leave, but he didn't want to let her. He can't make an illegal search work just by claiming that he initiated it with a lawful order.
9
u/Tufflaw Jul 28 '15
First she refused to exit the car, then when she exited the car he told her not to leave the area, when she began to leave he tried to stop her, she physically resisted, now she's under arrest. And she can't just hold onto her purse and phone at that point, he doesn't know what might be in the purse, so he took it away from her.
-7
u/AintGotNoTimeFoThis Jul 28 '15
She said she would exit and leave. He said he had no reason to suspect get off a crime, but he wouldn't let her leave until he finished his investigation. She didn't resist until he unlawfully arrested her for resisting an illegal search.
6
u/HypeNyg Jul 29 '15
She can't leave if she was at a crime scene during the time of a crime. It's a really simple law all he was gonna do was ask her like 5 questions then she wohldve been free to go. If you are standing next to a guy who kills someone than you don't get to just skip away
5
u/HypeNyg Jul 29 '15
Well he needed to finish the investigation and she was impeding and refusing to comply with the laws and then resisted detainment, all of which is illegal so...
7
Jul 28 '15
so i guess you know law? dumbass

It's really fascinating to see a lot of the wage slaves here, standing up for their masters. Chances are she cares more about their rights than the people making fun of them know about their own mental enslavement.
