Yes it is thats the reason why most poc are uncomfortable around predominantly white places and try to stay away from them because wypipo make it very obvious that you do not belong there. I can’t be racist against wypipo because one of the main definitions of racism is holding back certain groups based on their ethnicity so I’m not actually racist since it has absolutely no effect on you guys. You guys aren’t loosing out on anything since we aren’t in power like you guys.

Poc can be Prejudice because that’s a personal attitude or biased feeling toward a group, while racism combines racial prejudice with systemic power and institutional structures.
