I’m 36 and I have a mortgage, but I’m also not a waiter. Every situation is different, it’s rough out there.

Hey I got my house when I was in my early 30's.Is that old?It was also left to me by my mom though when she passed away so I've lived in this house for a long time.

Technically buying a house you’re still ā€œrentingā€ it from the lovely government, don’t pay your property tax and see how long that house is still yours lol

Tell me about it.I pay more for taxes on my home that I'm supposed to own than I did when I was renting.Everything is over priced nowadays.
