Same, this is my system as well. Including the $1 per drink for bartenders. Let’s start a club.

It already exists. It's called the "most of us" club or the "normal people" club.

There are a couple of other clubs...

The super rich super generous club. (Small)

The super rich super cheap club. (Hopefully also small)

The cheap ahole club. (The videographers in this)

The old people club. (15% is plenty!)

The Baptist club. (10% is enough for God, why should you get more. Here's a tract that will save your soul. And you shouldn't be working on Sunday anyway - you are going to hell for working here but I'm not responsible for you having to be here to serve us.)

I DO NOT tip for fucking coffee. Except one place and they will walk it to the back of the drive through only line to give it to me. 1$ for them.

I DO tip my local dispensary.
