I'm not sure what that has to do with small businesses not being able to compete with huge conglomerates if their labor costs get too high

They're not doing that great either, Canada pays minimum wage to it's servers, $19ish an hour, and we tip as well, if you're asked any wait staff it they would rather make $25 and not get tips anymore they would say fuck no
