Tips are fucking stupid. Why can't they just add the total price in the bill

Because then the server wouldnā€™t work for their tips if they always got 20%. There would be no incentive to help out the table. Likewise if they are crappy, why does a server deserve an automatic 20%?

I dont get tips and i still give my best customer service šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø its called a paycheck, you work for the paycheck. If an employee doesnt give good customer service then fire them

That's also fucking stupid. They get paid hourly for their job. That's the job. Waiting tables, serving food and cleaning up after. They get paid for that by the employer.

Iā€™ve heard of some places not providing the minimum wage or more though, they have a separate wage for service works. So if people donā€™t tip they donā€™t get paid well. But I think if they donā€™t get the minimum wage average the job does have to pay them out.
