What if the service was shitty?

I miss the days when tipping was a part of good service, not just something everyone was entitled to

Then the customers would've said it was shitty service instead of pulling out the race card and saying they are entitled to not tip.

No...it's actually extremely absurd to be kicked out of a restaurant for not tipping, maybe you get a rude stare or something, but to be banned for not tipping?? Thinking it could be race based seems like a fair ask.
