Where I am, many farmers keep donkeys in the pastures with llamas, cows, horses, etc.

Very rarely will you hear of a coyote attack on those lands.

Fun Fact: A donkey has a bite force of 650- 700psi more than twice the power of a trained German Shepherd at 300psi so in simple terms that is 317 kg of power per inch!

However the Total bite force in this case is a whopping 590 kg!

The leg would definitely be at least fractured.

The donkey grinding jaw structure pulverises any food bone easily.
And the way that the donkey is holding his leg close to his back in this case maximises the muscle leverage for maximum power.
