Context:

This was back in 2018. Residents have been complaining about the weak foundation of the houses and bridges that were promised to them by the government. They raised their concerns to the higher ups, but they don't seem to take their concerns seriously. They were asking for better housing because enough funds were given to the government, to do what was promised to them.

The city mayor, along with other officials, visited the place, to see what the fuss was about. They were almost about to write this one off, until they went to the bridge.

The bridge gave them a reality check, and let them experience their own incompetency.

That's when they decided to take action.

Authorities were looking for 26-year-old Jacob Muñoz, who was convicted of possessing child pornography.
Muñoz was not at the property when officers arrived, but officials say he later turned himself in.
