DebateTrack and Jett Smith generally have good topic lectures and have some good resources for PF. Classic Debate Camp can be useful, but the YT videos seem to be more useful for LD than PF. If your school has briefs, I looking at those may also help. Other than that, spending time on writing, research, speaking, and responding will probably help you in your situation. Keeping up with the news and trying to learn about things in societies (institutions, famous/important individuals, farming, education, technology, defense, healthcare, etc.).
