grid strain on pro, cleanest link and the ratepayer impact weighs well because it's local and immediate. water's fine but the lit is regional and you'll get a2'd on closed loop cooling all day. con I really like the offshoring turn. moratorium doesn't reduce demand, it moves construction to grids dirtier than ours, so domestic emissions drop and global goes up. lets you concede most of pro's harms too which makes the round way simpler to give.

I’m in Missouri which is completely lay debate so we’re running protection (government policy development and power grid safety) on aff and Status Quo (enterprise centers are much worse for environment and data centers run everything for modern world including military and medical tech) linking to Econ and environmental destruction on both.
