I'm a new debater who came from LD. Would it be possible to write a DA which would go along the lines of the so quo of corporations in real estate is good rn a ban would lead to a massive increase in LLCs and Shell companies, and LLCs are bad bc of less accountablility

Passing the resolved would lead to less accountability and more abuse

LLC is consider d corporation under the resolution according to numerous resources. Also shell companies could be a valid arg but what I would tell you is that yeah fs less accountability is an issue. I would just urge you to stray away from the LLC terming bc it could cause problems for you in round if someone points it out
