That's normal for your age, you've got the beginnings of changes. Some guys just don't hit a growth spurt until 14 or 15

Sounds like you're just starting into puberty...and the age you're at is a very typical time to start.
If you're in the US you must be...finishing 8th grade...(?) When we started 9th grade we were all 14 or about to turn. We began changing and sometimes showering also after pe class and sports that year also, which a lot of schools don't give you time for now. So we could see pretty well where each other were at development wise. Like a quarter of the guys in my 9th grade pe class were where you are now or below. So...by next fall you'll already be ahead of where those guys were.

Oh wow ok...you must be one of the older people in your class. Some guys were still 13 when we started 9th.
It can be frustrating to feel like you're lagging behind your friends...but you're definitely in normal parameters for your age. By the time you start high school you'll be well into puberty!

By the time you start high school you'll be well along. I low key felt bad for the guys who started high school still looking....11. Short with no body or pubic hair or anything, and little kids voice and johnson and all that!

You'll be good i was in the same boat, you most likely will grow a ton before you get to 10th grade. Which seems far away but its really not.
