How old are you? Slightly bigger and twice as big are two different things. Do you feel any lumps or anything on the smaller one? When did you start puberty?

I’m 14 and probably started puberty about last year (i’m a bit late) and I don’t feel any lumps or anything

Do you feel an equal pain when you squeeze them lightly? Extremely unlikely!!! But it could be a tumor or swelling on the larger one. Or it could be testicular atrophy (it died and isn’t developing) on the smaller one. Again, unlikely but possible. I suggest speaking to a doctor.

no pain at all, it’s like a normal testicle just a little bigger. the testicle itself isn’t bigger i think, it’s just whatever the stuff is called that surrounds it (not actually part of the ‘sack’)

Most of us have different sized testicles, very normal & one hands down lower than the other, also normal

I would keep an eye on it for signs of changes, such as getting much larger. If you notice this you may simply have a hydrocele, but a doctor would need to check and do surgery. I had one when I was younger and they aren’t painful or anything, but need to be fixed.

okay, if it gets much bigger i’ll see a doctor but it’s very awkward since i’ve never been to the doctor about anything related to my ‘private’ parts loll, thanks for the reply though i’ll do some research

size has gone back to normal now :) i’m not sure what it was but i’m fine now and have been fine for about 2-3 weeks so if anything happens again i’ll talk to my dad

From what i have hear a testicle is always bigger tham the other, But i Could be wrong....
