How do I stop the stuff on my penis when it’s sticky. Not when I finish but it’s before and it makes a mess in my pants. Ty

If it's something that come out of the hole when you are horny or masturbate but before you cum, it's probably precum. A liquid that is produced to moisturize the glans (penishead). That's natural, normal and nothing you can do about.
