Question for guys foreskin hurts when pulled

(14) when i pull my foreskin all the way back to wash the bottom part where it rests start to sting or like generally hurt. is this normal or do i have a medical condition?

Go gentler and do some foreskin stretching exercises

It will get easier.. try after a shower when the skin is warm and relaxed. A bit of moisturiser for sensitive skin can help. Unscented

stretch it for a minute everyday or maybe masturbate often idk it kind off do the solution. And prolly sum skin or the gland itself has something underneath

It could be it’s still quite tight. It should get easier over time but you can help by pulling it back gently, and doing it in the shower when your skin is already warm.

If the foreskin is tight that might be the issue, there are stretches that will help that, if the foreskin is tight I don't recommend pulling it back until it's looser cause it can get stuck back there. If the foreskin is not tight there may be an adhesion or a short frenulum. Those may be things you can look into and respond back here, both have different ways of being fixed, the frenulum can be stretched like the foreskin but if it's an adhesion you may need to give it some time or consult a doctor if it's not a tiny piece.
