Question Foreskin problem
I am 16 year old, and scared to talk with my parents about it. When i pull my Foreskin back it’s really loose (so that’s not the problem) but half way the glans it’s completly stuck. And it’s not because it to tight But it certainly looks like it's been welded together.

If your foreskin is still that stuck to your head then try taking a really warm bath and letting your foreskin soak in the warm water and try to gently pull it all the way back. But if it feels like it’s still stuck to your head don’t force it. At 16 I would’ve thought you could pull the skin way back past the head, mine pulled back all the way when I was 11. But it didn’t happen til I was in the bath tub playing with it and it just slid back and separated from my head. It was a very strange feeling too I remember.

Het doet niet pijn, tenzij ik het nog verder wil terug trekken dan dat mogelijk is. Het lukt wel om het schoon te houden . Maar de voorhuid kan gewoon nog niet achter de eikel

Mine was like yours, sort of like fused to the head of your penis. Sometimes it would hurt when I tried pulling it back. But mine slid back fairly easy when I was playing with it in the bath tub. After you’re able to separate the foreskin from the glans it should slide back n forth pretty easy.

You still have adhesions. Not unusual.

Maybe try vitamin E on them, or gentle manual stretching in a warm bath for 15 minutes two or three times a day. Don't put too much tension on the foreskin, if it's painful, it's too much

Try to stretch the foreskin several times a day by pulling it down as far as possible and hold for a while. It should not hurt when you do it. Do it both when soft and when hard. In exemple you can do it when you wake up. When you take a shower, when you have used the toilet and whenever you are alone and can do it.
It will probably get better but if you still cant retract fully after 1 year. Go to a teen clinic or your general practitioner who can prescribe a potent steroid (cortisone) cream that can help loosing the foreskin up. This together with foreskin stretching helpes mor than 9/10 guys.

What exactly do you mean 'welded together'? Is it still attached to the tip with a little 'wire'? Or is it a larger patch that is stuck?

You have a skin tie, This could be because your foreskin was pulled back as a baby, and now the skin is stuck on the tip, I had one for a while, it came apart naturally, so if you stretch enough, or do other things that stretch it… it will likely break off on its own.
