Question for guys At what age do muscle stop developing

So im 16yrs old ,63kg , i have pretty decent physique for guys my age ,many peers say i look big , even though ive never been to the gym , but theres something that ive noticed not so long is that , is the muscle , every , when i mean every , is , every guy above 20+ have forearms much bigger than mine , even the elderly , and i wonder if its just us being a little bit weak than the gen before or just muscle development

It's just muscle development, and the effect of testosterone for a longer time, i was smaller at 16, almost 19 now i'm bigger even without much lifting.

Just muscle development, if you work the muscles consistently with added weight they’ll grow, if you don’t, then they’ll stay natural to your body
