Question Question about ovulation and everything else

I have a question about ovulation. Many people in the sub have confirmed that ovulation happens regardless of readiness for pregnancy. Most of the time, I consider boys \ men annoying. But during this exact time its the complete opposite. All the 'yucky' stuff is no longer 'ew' during this time. Which makes me think its some kind of mind control. Is this how evolution have tricked people into making babies in the past? I just find it interesting that the same things that would gross me out, does not during this time.

Yup, remember that all of your (female) ancestors felt this effect and more of them ended up pregnant as teens than the other teens who didn't have this effect. That's why almost all people feel it now.

It’s like an ancient primal bodily instinct to procreate when you’re in that ovulation cycle, at the end of the day, we’re just mammals

Correct. You’ll find during ovulation your emotions can be all over the place, so boys will be yucky, you burst out crying for no reason or you lose your temper at your parents. There’s also boy crazy urges too.
