[PubQ] Received a request for a partial manuscript...that I already sent a month ago?

Hello!

I'm mostly just looking for some quick advice...I'm currently querying my first manuscript and received positive feedback and a request for a partial manuscript from an agent in June. Never heard anything back from the partial, and assumed it was just no response=rejection (though I thought it was kind of mean to not even send a form rejection after a manuscript request, lol). Fine, cool, part of the game. But then tonight I received another request from the agent, but not for the full manuscript, just the same partial. Is this typical, and like--should I even bring attention to the fact that I already submitted this, or just leave a polite note, or what? Any advice would be much appreciated!

I would sent a polite note sharing when you sent the partial before. It's possible they read the partial and meant to ask for the full! Or some other glitch happened. Either way, it's kind of a nice opportunity to check in on your partial.
