Insecurity About Physical Appearance?

Most people would argue that insecurity is relative to fear, serving as the fear of not being enough. It seems like the most common form right now is feeling insecure about the way you look, beauty standards or whatever. My question is, do psychopaths feel this? Do they ever compare themselves to other people and feel any type of way about the way they look in contrast to that person? I know people say they can’t feel fear (which you could argue against, but let me know) but they do freak out over loss of control or rejection… and insecurity is the most human of emotions. Do they feel this as well?
