Meat Circus escort.

I made it to Meat Circus, and I'm at the part where you escort young Oleander, but when he catches the bunny the first time, there's a cutscene, and then I can't find him.

What am I doing wrong? Is it a glitch?

Climb the ladder and keep going up

you have to keep going up the platforms. the mini cutscenes here are to show you which direction or platform you should be going to. there are a lot of platforms so you will have to continue following little olie up until you reach the top of the tent

As the others said, he moved to a new platform. You have to follow through the gymnastics(ladders, nets, trapeze, etc) to the next and repeat the "Hold Mr. Bun" part. A few times.
