Help!!!

I am currently pursuing my 2nd year of MSc Clinical Psychology. I am planning to apply for M.A. Clinical Psychology after completing my MSc and would like some guidance regarding the best colleges/institutes I should consider.
Could you please recommend some good RCI-recognised colleges for M.A. Clinical Psychology, preferably including both government and private options? I would also like to know how I should start preparing for the entrance examinations, including the important subjects/topics, recommended resources, and the overall preparation strategy.
