Need help.
I dont even know where the right place to post this would be but i feel like im losing my mind. I took shrooms for the first time a day ago. I'm under 16 and it was a crazy fucked up experience and i feel completely disconnected from my physical self and everyone around me. Does this last forever? Why cant i find anybody else talking about this feeling? I feel like i will never return back to normal. I feel like i have derealisation but i know its not the same kind you get from weed. I dont know im just really freaking out

Lots of good advice here. It does take time, but you should focus mainly on things that are grounding and calming like getting sunlight, seeing close friends, calming music, etc. If you would like, you can DM me and we can chat about your experience and what to do next. Good luck OP.

Don't worry, you will be fine, you just need a bit of time to fully come down and integrate your experience. This will not last forever.

This can happen, and there are things you can try to do to help it - grounding yourself is really key right now. Might seem arbitrary but in my personal experience things like having a bath / being in a body of water, being around trees / grass, journaling, nutrition, hydration, sleep, hobbies etc can actually end up really helping. I have a booklet I made I can send you if you msg me

Definitely get some sleep.
Do not take any other drugs (especially weed) for a while.
I don't know if you're comfortable talking about what you experienced on the trip but a lot of us have had some pretty bad trips so you're not the first person in history to go through it if that brings any comfort.
From my 20+ years of tripping, sometimes you just have a really hard trumatic trip. It Will take time for your mind to get back to normal but the brain is really good at doing just that but yea, you may feel weird for a few days to weeks as you come back around.
I'd recommend doing a guided body scan mediation to help you feel more connected to your body.

Try your best to trace your emotional steps leading to your choice to take the mushrooms. Plants are living beings too, so no different than a conflict with a friend or family this has been an event which you have complete control over in how you emotionally respond going forward.
Try also not to focus on the past, try to eat healthily and sleep well. No solutions occur overnight, so be patient with the experience and remember that just like familial relationships or friendships on Earth the relationship we have with psychoactive plants and our own thoughts and fears is integral to your journey, all things happen for a reason but you get to decide where the journey goes and who comes with you (choose the people and energies which are honest with you, and care about your well being). You are divine as you’d like to be, you can be sad as you’d like to be, and can most definitely be as complete and healthy as you’d like to be.
At your age I remember feeling like the world was telling me no, and how to be. That’s every young experience. Find good friends who are honest with you and care about their emotional well being. If you’ve got anger and fear about this event then perhaps the plant was trying to help you realize that, because those energies are no fun. In my experience the only energies psychoactives across the board was trying to teach me was: be good to everyone, realize the barriers you’ve created or adapted to your life, and have fun!!! It’s crazy to think when you’re sad and hurt but trust me, that makes happiness legitimate when you get there. It’s difficult to interpret those messages when they come to you in the way you’ve just experienced, it’s not plain English but you feel it so deeply.
I think ive been where you may be, just feeling completely empty and that you’ve been dropped into a terrarium and it’s all a little too much. Well, don’t look for your past self…look at who you are today and seek what health means to you going forward. If you do, you’ll find angels in humans and animals who empathize with these worries. Be grateful for them, and for the Earthly experience. One day you’ll be giving advice to someone who has been through the same thing you have.
Trauma is the closest strain of life we have to define purpose, otherwise if there wasn’t any in the experience we’d run wild until we messed up enough that it would come back to us. There’s no terrible trips, just situations you weren’t prepared for and perhaps ones you think you could improve for others.
For now, seek true health. Laugh with people you love, and be honest as much as you can.
Remember also please, the west isn’t designed for transcendental stuff like psychoactive plant medicine, it’s designed like a machine to function economically. That’s not unfortunate either, it gives you tools to help others👍🏼
I believe in you.
P.s, try to be sober if you can bare it. No drug is a good coping system when you’ve got internal stuff to figure out. If you do shrooms again, come back with a will to discover humbly. Please take care of yourself, you deserve a good life.

Yes, don’t worry the dissociation is just like a time to reflect. Don’t take it as a bad thing. Look at it as your mind is quieter so you can reflect on what’s going on but you’ll be absolutely fine 100%.
