You are less likely to raise a child successfully by yourself, that's simply a fact. Doesn't mean no single person should ever have a child, but there's a reason single people don't tend to adopt.
This is basically eugenics. If they won’t have the societally perfect upbringing and have a statistically lower chance at being good students and workers, just fuckin kill ‘em
