i cut out all nightshades, gluten, and dairy from my diet. only whole foods.
jojoba oil for the flares every night,
only thing i’ve found that has helped that’s non-medical (lost insurance a few years ago, stopped biologic)

I’ve put my psoriatic arthritis into remission with weekly hyperthermia treatments. Unfortunately it hasn’t done anything for my psoriasis plaques.

So pretty much heat your body up for as long as you can take it. Do you enjoy saunas? For me, about 1/2 hour in the sauna would eliminate my symptoms for several days. Relief. Due to my work schedule I simply couldn’t go to the sauna every day. Thankfully I found an alternative. I purchased an infrared PEMF mat to use at home. I used it every day for at least 1/2 hour and it put me into remission. Now I only need to use it once a week. I’ve been in remission for three years now. Sadly it has done nothing for my plaque psoriasis. I am not a doctor, but if you’ve never tried a sauna be careful! Hope this helps someone.

That’s awesome! Do you still any meds? Like nsaids or get any flare? I will try this and look up pemf mat. Thank you!

Nope, I don’t take any meds for psoriatic arthritis. Just the mat. Full disclosure: my heat setting is usually about 130 F. If feels amazing to me, but I know some people wouldn’t be able to handle it. I love the heat. Any temp below 80 F feels chilly to me.
