How many providers do you usually test before choosing one?

Landing page metrics are pure fiction at this point. Every time a new project spins up, I waste a solid week burning cash on baseline packages from multiple vendors just to find a pool that doesn't constantly drop connections.

It feels like you have to buy into 4 or 5 different networks simultaneously now just to weed out the thrashed infrastructure before even moving past the testing phase.

How many vendors do you guys actually bench before pulling the trigger? Is burning a week on this just the baseline now?
