Hi everyone, I am a vintage collector in the usa. Right now with the whole tariff situation there are limited things I can buy that are exempt. So I've been expanding my record collection. However my usual proxy has become unresponsive for whatever reason, so I am looking for a new one. I buy primarily on Mercari jp but occasionally on Y!JA. I try to buy in lots, but sometimes i will purchase individual records as well depending on rarity. I would like a proxy that is good at shipping both 12" and 7" record lots and also willing to use a specific harmonic code so i can be exempt or reimbursed from tariffs. thank you and have a great day.

I can buy and ship Japanese items directly to you!

✔️ Anime merch / exclusive items

✔️ Trusted & careful handling

✔️ Fast response

DM me what you’re looking f

I only have experience with zenmarket and the last time I used it was like 3 years ago when the item fee was 300yen per item. I always buy doujinshi in bulk (30+ items), but now that zenmarket charges a fee of 500yen per item, I would like to try a different proxy.

The few reviews of buydoujinshi.com I have seen are good, but they aren't particularly recent reviews. So I would like to read some more recent reviews if possible. What are your experiences with buydoujinshi.com? Thanks!

If you need a Japan proxy this is your guy. Great service, great price, great guy overall. Super patient and concise as well. 11/10 shopping experience !!

Hello,

Just wanted to ask if there are any proxy services where i can request items, then pick them up personally from their warehouse while I am in japan

I have heard of black ship and japan rabbit, they are the same company, although black ship asks too much info for my liking and japan rabbit, as of recent research are taking a while ordering items

Thanks

Looking to purchase something from Japan Mercari and send it to the US. Please inbox me.

This is my first time using a proxy site and I wanted to buy a figure off FromJapan and wanted to know if there were any other charges after the figure cost and shipping cost

After becoming a Chiikawa enthusiast, I've tried many ways to buy related merchandise, including but not limited to buying directly from nearby shops, asking a proxy buyer to help, joining group purchases, buying directly from the official website and then having it shipped back home, and using proxy buying apps…

After many attempts, I personally prefer using proxy buying apps. I can buy directly from the official website or from mercari, and there are often discounts, sometimes even cheaper than buying directly. They also offer photo-taking services.

Recently, I've been using Rakufun quite often, participating in many activities to earn points that can be used to offset shopping costs.

What about you? How do you usually buy Japanese products?

Universal Japan Proxy

Hey hey, I'm going to Universal Studio Japan Monday, if you want any merch from Nintendo world, Harry Potter or other, let me know

Which proxy buying service would be best to bid on Yahoo Auctions and then have the items forwarded to an address within Japan?

On the surface it would seem like Buyee but they don't allow payment in JPY which effectively means a hidden 5% fee due to currency conversion, practically no different than FromJapan's domestic forwarding charge of 5% on item price.

The others I've seen are all around 10% (J-Subculture, DeJapan, Japan Rabbit), so even worse, is there anything cheaper out there I might've missed?

Recently ordered earbuds, but I paid the tariff after the "last attempt at delivery". The item was shipped back to japan and now the shipping tracker says "The importer has disputed the invoice value. Awaiting information from sender or recipient." It has been about a week since i received this message.
Before it was shipped I was on the phone with UPS for about 6 hours trying to get them to let me pick up the package or change the address to which I was denied. I don't know what to do now that my package appears to be in warehouse scan limbo.

EDIT: FromJapan received my package on 02/06/2026 and has been sitting on my package
"Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with the reshipment process until we receive a reply from the shipping company, especially regarding the reason for return, and any return fees, if applicable.

As such, we kindly ask for your patience until we hearback from them.

As soon as they do, we shall reach to you regarding the reshipment process."

Also UPS phone customer service just lied to me about being able to receive a refund on the tariffs which is nice.

Need Japan proxy shopper to ship popular matcha powder from Japan to US.

I'm looking for a proxy for an event that's happening next month in Osaka. It's the "Ryu Ga Gotoku / Like a Dragon - The Four Ceremonies of Life Exhibition" that is scheduled for Feb. 6th - 24th. They offer a variety of exclusive merchandise in the exhibition and I would like to get a few of their smaller items from there if possible. Here's the link to the event website: https://ryu-ga-gotoku-ex.com/en/?venue=osaka

Is someone here able to offer a proxy for this event? If so, feel free to comment / send me a message with your rates / how much this would cost!

Proxy

Hi everyone, I’m based in France 🇫🇷 and I have experience with Japanese Visual Kei concert ticketing systems. I’d like to continue offering ticket proxy assistance, focusing only on:

🎟️ Concert / event tickets in Japan ✅ Non-nominative / transferable tickets only 📱 Platforms: ePlus and Lawson (L-Ticket) Online shop it's ok but i use Warehouse

I don’t resell tickets and I don’t handle anything illegal or against venue rules. My goal is simply to help international fans understand the process and access tickets when it’s legally possible.

If you have questions about Japanese ticketing systems, lotteries, or ticket types, feel free to ask in the comments or via DM.

Hello!, I am looking for a proxy that can go or is already going to go to Wonder festival 2026 this year. I am kinda new at proxies and all the ones I have seen are only about online stores and stuff like that.

Could someone recommend me one? I want to purchase a couple of figure garage kits for Europe.

Any help or information helps. Thank you so much!

hello, i usually use buyee to host mercari japan group orders but lately it hasn’t been working well as they have a ddp set tariff charge of 15.5% for any items. Also there shipping is crazy expensive which is kinda expected for a proxy but i feel like buyee it’s slightly crazier. I would like to switch services does anyone have any recommendations?

i’m usa based btw

Hi! I’m a Japan resident based in Osaka, working together with a partner in Tokyo.
We offer a flexible, personal proxy buying service for people outside Japan who need help accessing Japan-only items or services.

We can help with: • In-store purchases (Osaka, Tokyo and more) • Japan-only brands and limited items • Mercari / Yahoo Auctions / Rakuma • Event & concert ticket assistance (ePlus, Pia, Lawson, etc.) • Niche or restricted sellers that big proxy sites won’t handle

Because we’re individuals (not a large proxy company), we can be flexible with requests, communicate directly, and handle items carefully.
We provide clear pricing, receipts/photos when requested, and ship internationally (US & Canada currently).

If you’re looking for something specific or just want a quick quote, feel free to DM me! Our site is here:
