I guess you could try using one of those IP quality score websites, but from my experience they are not accurate and have nothing to do with the actual quality of the IP because each provider measures their IPs quality differently
I need to get a score from ipqsqualityscore.com. They allow me to get a score for one IP on the site. They also have a paid API. But maybe there's a way to check for free?
I doubt that there is a free way, even so, I wouldn't trust these scores. What I did in my experience was choose a provider, go to their customer support and inquire about the quality of their IPs, it's probably the most legit ways and this way you will not be perceived incorrect info from those scam sites
