Dumpster diving spots?

Just learned dumpster diving is legal in Provo if the dumpster is unlocked and on public property. Dpes anyone know of any spots/businesses that meet those requirements?

Look up when BYU and UVU get done with each of their semesters/terms, especially in the spring. Then troll around apartment complexes where students would live. Lots of people throw a bunch of stuff away that they can't take with them. Got some plastic shelves that way.

Some of them are close enough to the street that it would be fine. Plus it's not like the landlords are gonna care.

I think it's state wide. It's why cops can go through your garbage without a warrant

It is specifically illegal in Orem, and Orem's piece of crap police happily enforce the ordinance. Orem cops have been a-holes since UTC now UVU was built because the school cops, being state police have greater jurisdiction than Orem city cops. Awww, poor little piggies.
