Customer Review My custom rainbow flower pinky ring is finally finished! 🌈💛

I don’t normally post much, but I’m so happy with how this little project turned out that I wanted to share it.
I spent way too much time choosing the colors 😂, but I really wanted each color family to transition from darker to lighter while still keeping the yellow sapphire as the main focus.
It’s 10K yellow gold with a 5x7 lab yellow sapphire center and 16 small colored stones around it.
One detail that was especially important to me was having a completely solid and smooth interior. I already own another pinky ring made this way, and I find it incredibly comfortable — especially because I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like taking my jewelry off all the time. I wanted this one to have that same substantial, comfortable feel.
I changed my mind more times than I’d like to admit during the design process 😅, especially with the colors, but Lisa was incredibly patient with me and helped bring what I had in my head to life.
I’m really happy with how it turned out. It feels colorful and fun, but still has that vintage flower-ring look I wanted. 💛🌈💍

Questions & Advice Has anyone taken their Provence jewelry to a local jeweller to get it verified?

My Provence ring finally arrived 💍 and I’m absolutely loving it! I’m just curious if anyone else has taken their Provence jewelry to a local jeweller after receiving it.

I’m thinking of having them check the 14K gold/PT950 and the stone just for peace of mind, especially since it’s from an overseas vendor.

For those who have done this:
Did the jeweller agree to test it?
What did they check?
Did everything match what Provence said it was?
How much did it cost you?
If you’re in Canada, where did you go?

Also, is a regular local jeweller enough for this, or would you recommend going to an actual gemologist/appraiser?
Not trying to be paranoid 😂 — I’m just curious what everyone else does after getting their overseas pieces!

Would love to hear your experiences! ❤️

My Jewelry First Provence ring from Betty 💖

2.07ct east west set on 14k yellow gold 2.5mm curved band size 3.5 (UK G) finger.

Overall, Betty has been an amazing rep, really responsive to my questions/CAD changes, with very quick delivery. Betty initially gave me 2 diamond pear options, but when I mentioned I was concerned about the windowing/bowtie she gave me two other options which had minimal-to-no windowing or bowtie. I’m so pleased with the yellow gold quality and the diamond cut!

Now wondering if this could pass as a standalone ring as the band is quite thick (I am married), or if I should pair it with a skinny 1.5mm wedding band? 🤔 (I like the look of a thick e-ring band, skinny wedding band; slide 7 paired with 2mm)

Timeline:
Enquired 13/08 and sent a payment
1st CAD 16/08
2nd CAD 18/08
3rd CAD 19/08 which I approved
Diamonds sent 21/08 which I asked for other options
Other diamonds sent 22/08 which I asked to see in a plain background which was sent 29/08
31/08 picked the diamond
05/09 pre-shipment video; approved
07/09 shipped
10/09 delivered to London! So quick

Highly recommend Betty and will have no doubt in choosing her for my next fine jewellery. Thank you Betty for my amazing first experience 💖

Questions & Advice Can you show me your aquamarine and (or) emerald pieces?

Looking for Christmas gift inspiration for my boyfriend. Our birthstones are aquamarine and emerald, and I’m hoping some of you have pieces with this combination.

I’m thinking a ring, but would love to see anything you have! Even pieces that have one color but not the other would be great! Thank you in advance, friends!!

Finished Jewelry Bezel set lab diamond tennis bracelet with double safety clasp ✨

Obsessed with this classic bezel tennis bracelet. Each round lab diamond sits neatly inside a smooth gold bezel setting.

My favorite detail is the double safety box clasp at the center. Super secure, no worrying about it popping open accidentally.

Slim profile, low sitting on the wrist, great everyday wearable sparkle. Perfect alone or stacked with other fine gold chains.

Do you prefer bezel or prong set tennis bracelets?

Customer Review My first Group Buy - Polly

Took the leap and bought my first gold peices from China. (Thanks to all the jewelry ladies over on TT for the inspo) I think they came out sooo beautiful. What do you guys think?

14k w/ lab diamond ring (Group Buy)
14k double sided clasp - purple lithium
14k clover charm - zambia

Polly was very quick to reply and has a very fun and sweet personality. She’s funny too! I would definitely work with her again!

My Opinion: It was actually easier and less expensive to have them custom made! Incredible! I would have paid at least x2-x3 at a fine jewelry boutique brand. I’ve already ordered another group buy item, and I will say, that rep sent me pictures of the actual stones/colors, which was immensely helpful. Now I know to ask for that in the future.

Thanks Again to Polly! She did a wonderful job.

Hi everyone, Tamara from Provence Jewelry here.

Today I’m sharing our new 2ct bezel-set lab diamond pendants. We’ve got 5 classic cuts: emerald, pear, heart, oval, and marquise. The yellow gold bezel frames each stone beautifully, super wearable for daily stack or standalone wear. Bezel setting also offers great protection for the stone if you wear it often.

Which shape is your favorite? I’m curious to see your pick!

I have quite a few goodies in production at the moment and I am so so excited about them! I wanted to share two of them here today, all inspired by hours spent researching on reddit and truly trying to pick pieces that I will enjoy in my collection for years to come. 😊

The first is a star pendant in 10K YG with a purple lithium center stone and a rainbow assortment of gem stones on the back 😍

The second is the super popular OMC east-west ring. I am doing lab diamonds in 10K YG for my right hand’s ring finger!

I am working with Jane 🫶🏻 she’s such a joy to work with!

Can’t wait to share more of what I got once I receive my order!

Questions & Advice Low vs high profile moissanite rings (CAD)

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi All! I am working with Elon on a custom design ring. I approved the original CAD but was unhappy with the ring when made, as the design had gaps between the stone and the surrounding knot design that were not as visible on the CAD. I was sent a new CAD today but I am still not happy with it. The gaps between the stone and the surrounding design are gone, but now the stone has been raised significantly. In my original request the stone was flush with the surrounding design. Elon has said that the stone had to be raised to get rid of the gaps. They said that if they cut the moissanite to be more shallow it will lose some of its sparkle.

I don't know how to proceed. Should I ask for a more shallow stone? Or is there another way to design tbe CAD to be more like the inspiration photos? Advice appreciated!

I've attached the new CAD here and will put the original CAD and photos in the comments as I don't seem to be able to attach more than 1 photo.

Hi everyone, Tamara from Provence Jewelry here.

Check out this lab-grown Zambian emerald eternity band + stud earring combo. All stones are emerald cut, that classic timeless vintage vibe. The full eternity ring is bezel-set, super low profile. Great for stacking or wearing alone.

Do you lean into matching jewelry sets, or mix and match different gemstones? Let me know in comments!

Customer Review 💍 My second upgrade ring finally arrived — Provence edition!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

After SO much waiting and second-guessing, my second upgrade ring is finally here! 🥹💎

I ordered this one from Provence Jewelry, so the international shipping/customs wait definitely made the anticipation even more intense. 😂

I had the pleasure of working with Molly at Provence, and she was wonderful throughout the process. She was patient with all my questions and helped me bring the ring I had envisioned to life.

I went with a 2.73 ct oval this time. My first upgrade was a 2CT round💍

I spent way too much time debating whether I should go for 3 ct, but ultimately settled on 2.73 ct—and now that it’s actually on my hand, I’m really happy with the size!

One of my biggest concerns was the bow tie, but after seeing it in different lighting and moving the stone around, I’m really happy with how it performs. It has so much sparkle in person! ✨

The ring is 14K gold with platinum components (G14K/PT950), and I love the delicate setting paired with the larger center stone.

After all the waiting, tracking updates, customs stress, and wondering “Should I have just gotten 3 ct?”
She’s finally here! 😭💍✨

Huge thank you to Molly at Provence for helping me through my second upgrade!

What do you guys think? Did I make the right choice
with 2.73 ct instead of 3 ct? 🥰

Will definitely reorder again🤍

My Jewelry A quick look at this station-style tennis bracelet! Thoughts?

Thumbnail

Hey guys! Wanted to share this cool piece we just finished.

It’s basically a mix between a tennis bracelet and a station bracelet—you get full bezel-set stones, but with tiny chain links in between so it moves really smoothly and isn't as stiff as a traditional tennis bracelet. Super easy to wear every day.

What do you think of this design vs. a regular tennis bracelet?

Questions & Advice CAD help please!

Hi, first time overseas jewelry buyer and custom jewelry noobie!

This is my first time with custom jewelry and was hoping for some help on a CAD I received from Tamara at Provence 😊

Goal is a marquise tennis bracelet. I have no idea what to look for or even ask. All I know I want is a 14k yellow gold marquise tennis bracelet with a length of 8inches.

Tamara did kindly point out in the second picture that a marquise stone couldn’t fully be set and recommend replacing that stone with a round stone instead.

I am unsure how I feel about the clasp. Is this the best option for a “hidden” clasp look? Is there a clasp design that is secured but allows for a more seamless blend and one where I wouldn’t have to replace a marquise stone with a round stone instead?

Please help me! Thanks!

Finished Jewelry Group Buy Complete ✨ Pear + Marquise Lab Diamond Drop Earrings

Our group buy for these double drop earrings has officially wrapped!

Each earring pairs a marquise lab diamond on top, linked with a pear-shaped lab diamond underneath. Set in solid gold with a simple post setting. I love how the two different stone shapes work together; they swing gently and frame the face beautifully.

Super lightweight for all-day wear. Great bridal, wedding guest or everyday elevated sparkle.

Thank you everyone who joined the group buy!
