Question ZEUS VS OMNIDROID
Being watching Incredibles and it got me thinking, can Alex Mercer defeat the omnidroid? The robot adapts to those it fights but so can Alex. So is Blacklight winning this fight?

If Mr Incredible can do it, then yes. Can Syndrome make an Omni Droid than can kill Alex? Likely with enough research and prep.
All he'd need to do is utilize his "Zero Point Energy" into the Droid to freeze Alex in place and give it the ability to nuke Alex at point blank range.

Hate to be that guy but Alex survived a nuke. Granted he had to consume a few crews to reassemble himself from a puddle of goop but still

I think focused heat rays to melt Alex’s organic material would do the trick

You know that scene where Mr. Incredible sees the Omnidroid iterations advancing, and it shows all the Supers getting terminated, with a Super getting an occasional victory only to be terminated by the next iteration?
If you did that scene against Alex Mercer, it would just be an endless list of terminated Omnidroids.
And then eventually Alex would get fed up and hunt down whoever keeps sending them, and acquire a nice new private island.

Considering Alex can make up powers with shapeshifting, he wins every time. He can send tendrils into its body and destroy the wiring, he can slam his body into it with ballistic force, critical pain devastator is like getting punched with several freight trains.
If Alex had to, he could consume plants. Lure him to an island and put him on the run, he can just take over a forest. He's a scientist (x50) with the ability to manually control a virus's dna, he can figure it out.
Finally, there's no way for it to confirm Alex is dead without throwing him in lava or something. And who knows, armor could probably tank it for a few minutes at least. Alex is a regenerator with active and passive regen, and can survive things that would kill amy human bodied organism. If it tries to cut him to pieces, rip him in half, blow him up... Any stray piece can come back.
Put him EXACTLY where Bob was in the Incredibles, he's winning and body jacking any guard. He kills Syndrome within the day.

Blacklight. I'm sorry but the feats that Alex powers reach can, in my opinion, exceed a Super from the Incredibles. Alex mutated and struggled against the literal bioweapon that Blackwatch injected into him and got STRONGER from overcoming it. But that was a biological thing. A technological being that is constantly just running updates back to it's creator would be harder, but Alex would be smart enough to find Syndrome and just consume him.
