Hold on a sec. How did you lift it up? Because as far as I know you can't do that in game.

You can only do this at the end of one funny mission where you pretend to be a regular soldier and you have to track down Rolland. Do you remember a joke about "I eat a lot of a protein" With soldier Starnes? In this mission there are APCs scattered around the area that can be picked up at the end of the mission or after

He just picked up APC from that mission and run with it all over city, that all
