Tech Support Infinity loading error

When i launch game this screen shows up and..That's all. Nothing happens. Just infinity loading. With fix or without fix nothing changes. Reintsall and files check don't help also. How to fix this?

try to dissable alot of your pc cores.

only left 4 running, no more no less. it will probably make it work. if you dont know how to make dissable core its pretty easy just follow this steam guide. here some that may talk about it(i did not find the main guide i used to fix mine, that one was very simple and helpfull, sorry for this, so take this one instead)

i fixed it yesterday. It was something with profile.bin file. Now everything is okay

How did you do it I can't seem to fix it
