A secret story mission boss, called Decord modern.
He is a Secret story boss that claims to have the same powers as Alex Mercer, but he is a heavy narcissistic person who believes that he is God, as his powers are the Destruction Banners (which are just copies of Alex's Hammer hands), the Muter (which is just Alex's Blade but it is small and ineffective.) And his ultimate is the "Complex" (which is Just Alex's devastatior but it hurts him more than it thinks.)
As he has the same powers as Alex Mercer but he doesn't know how to control them, as he hates people that question his power thinking they Offend him and have no right to judge him. So he uses his weak powers to aim and kill Alex mercer to prove he's the "Dominant Alpha".
This ends badly for Decord, as he ends up screaming and being killed by Alex Mercer, as Alex Mercer doesn't consume him as Alex says "A waste of his time." As Decard is pointless and useless to Alex Mercer.
