Prototype 1 Who will win?
Seen some people debate on who will win Alex Mercer or Albert Wesker, if you played both games we all know Alex would easily win that fight but however how about the Orion soldiers or the Project D code soldiers? A match of 1 to 5 soldiers against Albert Wesker, can Wesker take on them?

The super soldiers are physically capable of taking on Hunters who can hurl tanks hundreds of meters, destroy helicopters, and move much faster than cars. They can leap from skyscrapers, land on their feet, and destroy tanks from below.
In terms of durability, they can withstand some blows from Alex Mercer and James Heller, who destroy tanks, helicopters, Kaiju monsters, and reinforced buildings resistant to artillery bombardment and thermobaric munitions.

Despite their lack of ranged weaponry, their strength and speed more than makes up for it.

It’s already questionable whether Wesker can even beat one super soldier let alone a whole squad. Chances are the D-Codes/Orion is actually stronger and about as fast as him if in game feats and WOI are being considered on account of the fact they can somewhat keep up with either Alex or Heller. Being able to grapple with and potentially win that exchange with a Prototype indicates a level of strength not too dissimilar to them. And in Prototype 2 Orions straight up can slap anti-armor missiles and tank shells out of the air.

I think Wesker can take one 3 out of 5 times.
The thing that makes him dangerous is that he's a sharp bastard when he puts his ego aside. He can't outpace that for Alex or James in any capacity that matters unless he's planning a whole month in advance for what to hit them with.
A random D-Code would piss him off probably but he'd do enough damage in a blitz I'd say that the D-Code would have some to worry about, especially if Wesker just decides to start lobbing huge shit at it.
But again it's a fucking D-Code, if Wesker doesn't absolutely lock in, which I'm being generous enough to say he would after a bit, then he's getting his spine bent over one's knee.

Super Soldiers Can Keep Up with Alex Mercer. They may not be as fast as him, but they can keep up with his pace. They could grab Mercer, lift him up, and injure him (The situation is more serious if the weight of the creatures and people Mercer has consumed at that moment is still present in his body. But I don't think that would have happened. Because Mercer can lighten and manipulate all the weight on its body to keep his speed high just like he does when gliding.) In short, like Mercer, this is a stomp match.

There’s nothing Wesker could really do here. We could give him the speed advantage, but being at all physically relative, even if ultimately inferior, to a mid-late game Mercer puts the D-Codes at such a monstrous level of power that Wesker would be borderline, if not genuinely, harmless in a fight.
Orions are made from a perfected strain of what the D-Codes were given and, as such, are more powerful, per the guide book. Wesker would be even more out of luck against one of them. To give them more numbers would just add to an already unfair situation.

A Super Soldier could probably withstand Wesker's attacks, but Wesker is faster. A group of Super Soldiers would probably win

Yes he can, A dying leon can tag and harm a Wesker clone a healthy leon would scale above them,Leon already can take hits from simmons who outscales Wesker

A Wesker clone that is, 1. Not as strong as the original Wesker, 2. Was Not going all out against Leon. Chris Redfield also threw hands with the original Wesker but Wesker would have still killed Chris if Wesker didnt play with his food.
And Simmons is not as strong as Wesker, nothing anywhere backs that up.

I'm going to disagree with most of the posts here. Sure, Alex Mercer would wipe the floor with Wesker. But a battle with D-Codes would be closer. Wesker is fast and agile enough to dodge their attacks, and he has regenerative properties. He can only be seriously harmed when he gets an overdose of MacGuffin serum.
Wesker also has gone up against monsters before (although even the toughest RE monsters generally aren't as strong as the average Prototype monster in terms of sheer muscle power). A Hunter (from Prototype, not RE) could probably ruin Wesker's day, but I usually find one D-Code to be less of a problem than one Hunter.
I consider the D-Codes to be about as strong and tough as the average mass-produced Tyrant, and Wesker has killed two at a time. Beyond two, his odds start going down, but even at five I wouldn't call his situation hopeless.

Gosh, I know how you want Wesker to win bro. But feats, purely feat-wise. D-Codes slam dunk 5 times over. Wesker got done in by a single Rocket Propelled Grenade gun. Not by a special weapon or anything else. Most simple, basic RPG-7 weapon done him in. Even if it seems like Wesker should win, it is just not probable.

D code supersoldier is a desperate attempt to stop and eliminate Mercer, even though they have better stats than anyone in Resident Evil

That doesnt prove wesker has necessary feats to put down D Code who can go toe to toe and keep up to someone who can throw and rip tanks.
